Buildings Manager

Tate are working in partnership with ReAssure, part of the Phoenix Group, to recruit a Building Manager within their Telford office.
12 month FTC
£27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager with the day to day operational activities including finance, maintenance and operations, health, safety and risk management, procurement and vendor management, energy management and sustainability at the Telford office.
Key responsibilities will include:
Budget Management
Coordinating maintenance and operations
Health, safety and risk management
Vendor management
Energy management and sustainability
Key skills/experience required:
Prior experience in a Facilities Management role
Experience of outsourcing relationships
Budget and financial management experience
Health and safety qualification - minimum IOSH Managing Safely
Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Desirable - DSE Assessor
