The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day professional career advice service. Working from home and the office initially but moving to full time office working in June. The rate of pay is £11.75 rising to £12.73 and is for a 6 month temporary period. The post holder is first point of contact for a designated area with advice on internal Recruitment procedures, legal requirements and external Recruitment enquiries on qualifications required.To assist on the delivery of a resourcing and talent management strategy and work towards achieving highlighted workforce planning requirementsThe role will also involve supporting the Senior Recruitment Advisor on projects.The Recruitment Advisor is expected to provide an excellent recruitment service to all hiring managers while overseeing the full recruitment cycleAdvising and supporting on authorisation of vacancies via the Trac recruitment system, advertising, leading or advising on shortlisting, setting up and leading on interview panels; providing specialist feedback; offer of employment and leading on recruitment checks whilst specialist knowledge on recruitment law and best practice is kept up to date with support from the Recruitment Advisors.The Recruitment Advisor is required to recruit to the portfolio for their designated area and is expected to respond in a timely manner to given resourcing requests whilst remaining compliant with legal requirements and local policies at all timesThe post holder is required to manage the recruitment workload associated with the departments and areas of the organisation allocated to them by the Senior Recruitment Advisor and work to personal and team objectives
