We're looking for an experienced Planning & Installations Coordinator to join a well-established team based in Earls Barton.

You will be responsible for working closely with Project Managers and installation engineers, to plan installations into various client sites across the UK.

This is an office based role.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a high volume of installations across the UK
• Build strong working relationships with engineers and project managers
• Schedule works based on geographical location, client needs and engineer skill sets
• Ensure engineers have the right paperwork to start works i.e. RAMS
• Respond to emergency works and resolve any installation issues

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous planning/scheduling experience
• Strong geographical knowledge will be beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise a high volume of work
• good rapport building skills
• Able to multi-take and work well in a fast-paced environment
