HR AdministratorVauxhall (Hybrid Working)£25-30KOur client working in the charity sector are looking for a HR administrator to join them on a 3-6-month contract with the potentially of a permanent position. Performing daily administrative and HR duties, the Ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanour and previous experience working in a small HR administration role. Working knowledge of HR processes and best practises is a must as are excellent communication skills - oral and written. Key duties and responsibilities:Recruitment:· Liaise with Line Managers, job applications and recruitment agencies · Write Job Descriptions· Advertise vacancies, track recruitment costs· Organise interviews· Organise recruitment testing· Process new starters including sending offer letters, joining and training instructions.· Manage reference requests· Conduct all the Right to Work checks· Coordinate inductions and on-boarding· Coordinate the probationary period process· Coordinate probation reviews· Continuously review induction processAdmin:· Maintain all processes for starters, leavers, promotions, maternity etc.· Maintain the process for all performance reviews.· Organise any employee training opportunities· Maintain all HR documents and records · Provide reference requests for banks, landlords, previous employees etc.· Prepare all employee correspondence· Manage the Cycle to work scheme· Manage the HR inbox· Manage the sick inbox and sick records· Manage sick and holiday leave· Provide confidential advice and assistance in relation to employee pay, performance and reviews.· Provide basic HR advice and support to managers and employees.· Advise managers on sick absence · Advise all on holiday entitlements.Learning & Development support· Coordinate external L&D business courses · Coordinate study leave, personal learning requests and learning lunches· Support the Head of HR to deliver training on new policies and proceduresPayroll · Gather and collate all information for the monthly payroll· Assist with financial requestsCIPD Level 3 is essential for this position.If you are a proactive HR administrator, who wants to join a friendly hardworking team, please apply today.
