Due to expansion within the company, our client based in Capel, Dorking are looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their team.
The role
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service to all external and internal customers
- Experience relating to complaint handling within a customer service environment
- Taking personal ownership and responsibility for resolving enquiries from clients promptly
- Communicating effectively with internal and external clients by telephone, e-mail or in writing in a clear, concise and polite manner
- Providing factual information in line with customer queries and demands
- Working collaboratively to achieve our team service level agreements
Skills & Experience required
- Strong customer service experience, however candidates who have a passion for customer service will also be considered
- IT literate, with experience of using Excel and Microsoft packages
- Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and organise workload whilst taking into account changes and conflicts in priorities
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and numerical skills
- Flexible
- Team Player
- Positive Attitude
- At least 6 months experience in a customer services administrator role preferable
