Role Purpose

Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment processes for either specialist or volume hiring across multiple departments within operations and business support functions.

Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and results against KPI's using a variety of project management, relationship management, and recruitment and assessment techniques.

Translate diversity and inclusion ambitions to ensure that our talent and resourcing processes are both supportive and inspiring both internally and externally

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of capability gaps and recruitment needs and manage the complete recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, upholding the brand values of our client as an employer of choice.
  • Develop trusted working relationships with People BP's, Reward and hiring stakeholders
  • Stakeholder engagement and project management responsibility; delivering efficient recruitment services against forecasts and targets in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and managing the services provided by third party suppliers against SLAs.
  • Manage both internal and external recruitment and assessment activity, direct sourcing, talent pipelining, candidate screening, interviewing and working with a variety of 3rd party vendors and internal HR and Business stakeholders.
  • Partner with the business and external vendors on the right cost-effective attraction and assessment methodology both internally and externally.
  • Create medium to long-term recruitment strategies for designated business areas to deliver quality hires on time.
  • Pipeline management; designing and managing the smooth delivery of recruitment activity, including pre-screening, online testing, telephone and video interviewing, and assessment events.
  • Developing and sharing insightful reporting to demonstrate progress against targets and measuring ROI and performance against KPI's.
  • Guardianship of candidate and hiring manager experiences to ensure strong NPS results.
  • Strong knowledge of right to work and referencing requirements; keeping safety as a key focus.
  • Involvement in evolving Our client's EVP and keeping career sites internally and externally relevant, accessible and attractive.
  • Continuous improvement of assessment approaches.
  • Represent our client and act as a brand ambassador at recruitment fairs, building strong relationships with external bodies to embed knowledge of Our client's' EVP.
  • Support the broader Talent & Development team across a number of additional projects as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivering the best diverse talent to the business, creating an excellent recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential to ensure the success of our client's recruitment campaigns
  • Experience ideally across several resourcing activities: Direct sourcing, attraction strategies (including social media), assessment centre design and execution, competency-based interviewing, partnering with a variety of talent and resourcing suppliers
  • Knowledge of diversity & inclusion, internal mobility, talent management & succession planning.
  • Project management skills

  • Attention to detail and compliance focused
  • Passionate about creating an excellent stakeholder experience
  • Qualified or experience in psychometric testing tools, such as Saville Consulting, SHL, Belbin etc.
  • Technical experience of Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Boolean Searching, Talent Mapping, PPC campaigns and other attraction methods
