Our client a leading a global SAAS platform in rebate management are growing their team and looking to recruit a Talent Attraction Partner due to their rapid growth. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, sourcing passive candidates, and significantly contribute to the growth of the Sales and Revenue teams while delivering exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates in a rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches to attract the best talent in sales and revenue
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing plans to identify and engage target profiles
  • Partner with local Universities to build graduate hiring pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers during the recruiting process to meet hiring goals
  • Maintain data integrity of pipeline and lead with data-centric updates to influence hiring decisions
  • Manage key initiatives that will continuously improve and scale recruiting operations and results
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teammates
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience for sales and revenue, ideally in a SaaS start-up environment
  • Experience with sourcing and attracting passive candidates
  • Experience delivering exceptional candidate experience while driving the recruiting process with a sense of urgency towards results
  • Consistent data management
  • Experience establishing partnerships across stakeholders and leadership teams
