Portuguese Customer Services
4 days on 4 days off, so some weekend work is required, hours are 7am-7pm and 8am-8pm.
You will be responsible for arranging delivery and collection of vehicles, liaising with clients and ensuring all relevant documentation and data is correct, including printing of documents and checking client signatures.
Setting up client deliveries, swaps and collections
Obtain the correct details and information from the customer and update the in-house system
Respond and manage email and telephone queries
Preparing an printing of paperwork and highlighting key information/signatures
Completing accident/theft report forms
Assigning relevant vehicles to a claim
Completing compliance checks on customers
Checking client documentation ensuring claim information is accurate and matches system
Contacting third part to assist with breakdowns/issues
Filing and general administration support
To apply for this role you must be fluent in Portuguese, have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to produce accurate work whilst working in a busy environment.
Good IT skills are essential as you will be using various systems to obtain information and update customer details.
