Customer Contact Advisor

Working as part of a friendly office-based Customer Services team, you will be primarily responsible for providing telephone, email, and web chat support to customers who are contacting the company with a wide range of enquiries. These will include product queries, issues, and general complaints, which should all be responded to promptly, accurately and sufficiently.
This exciting opportunity is initially requested as a full time Monday to Friday temporary placement with the intention to move onto a permanent contract in due course.
The successful candidate should be passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a great team player. You should be highly organised and able to work well under pressure.
