Digital Marketing Performance Manager

Role: Digital Marketing Performance Manager, 18 Month FTC
Location: Hybrid between Home and London and Watford office
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 DOE
Our client a leading global, retail, gaming business is seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to support them through an exciting period of unrivalled growth into a new market. This is a vital role in the business; the successful candidate will be pivotal to the business' delivery of their commercial objective's.
We seek a commercially astute individual to develop, lead and execute the digital marketing campaigns. This role is reliant on building strong partnerships with external agencies, aligned with the brand to deliver effective strategic campaigns. Experience working within gaming or a fast-moving industry will be particularly advantageous given the pace and agile nature of this role.
Key duties include but are not limited to;
- Working collaboratively with the Brand and Marketing lead and Head of CRM
- Create a co-ordinated digital marketing strategy designed to optimise the consumer for Launch and Year 1.
- Plan and deliver all paid digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid search and social and programmatic.
- Identify and onboard third-party digital marketing suppliers and partners.
- Set key performance metrics.
- Ensure tracking and reporting is in place and compatible with Power BI.
- Work with (IT/Marketing Tech manager) to ensure the right MarTech stack is in place to manage and report on the digital campaigns.
Skills/Experience required;
- 10+ years of experience in a digital media role within a fast -paced consumer-oriented environment, either client-side or within an agency
- Experience of managing a team of digital marketing specialists
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, paid search and social and programmatic campaigns from concept to execution
- Solid know ledge of current website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Team player mentality with effective collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
