Bid CoordinatorHome Based Role Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday 6 Week contract £25-£35 per hour PAYE or £33-£46.50 via UMBRELLATate are working with a long-standing and established energy provider company, to recruit for a remote working Bid Coordinator.As a Bid Coordinator, you will be working within their Renewables Bid Team. Working across markets and technologies to deliver competitive and commercially robust bids. The role involves collating bid compliance and administration documents, supporting bid governance as well as data gathering/analysis and reporting to ensure that the team deliver against the Client requirements of all bids.The Role:Key Duties:· Safety, Health, and Environment precautions · Manage bid compliance and documentation of allocated bids across the Renewables pipeline, as well as providing bid administration support to the team.· Ensuring the business meet the clients requirements (from pre-qualification to contract award)· Review, assess and understand client requirements, time-line, and objectives to effectively support the bid team.· Support bid analysts in the production, co-ordination, and reporting of competitor analysis drawing insights from this analysis.· Prepare Creative presentations and use digital media to provide bid reporting and communications.· Develop and manage compliance registers, technical query registers, SharePoint sites etc.· Support the Bid team in ensuring all necessary processes are in place in advance of bids commencing.· Manage all document management requirements of bids, continuously monitoring the application of these to ensure they are up to date.· Ensure all information security requirements are in place across bids.· Develop and produce high quality reports on bid progress, metrics and milestones. · Preparing reports for meetings / lead preparation materials for meetings.Person Specification:· Understanding of company policies and procedures.· You will have bid co-ordination experience, preferably with renewable experience.· Experience of bid compliance and supporting bid processes for complex, high value bid submissions.· Highly competent in using Microsoft packages e.g SharePoint, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook. · Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and report in a clear and concise manner.· Experience of basic financial processes such as invoice processing, raising purchase orders etc.· Confident customer service skills to liaise with stakeholders· Working within deadlines · Excellent communication skills both oral and written.· Demonstrates production of high-quality materials and reports.· Able to work independently to achieve and deliver resultsIf you have the essential experience for this role and are interested, please apply today'
