Legal PA

A modern and forward thinking law firm based in Northenden, just outside of Manchester, is seeking a Legal PA to join their growing and very busy support team.

The role will be paying up to £32,000 and will be working on a hybrid basis. Two days from home and three days in the office, but there would be some flexibility on this depending on the applicant.

The position will be supporting a busy Associate with all of their administration support, duties will include the following:

• Diary management, meeting booking and well as travel itineraries
• Elements of case management
• Audio typing and production of legal documentation such as court bundles
• Client liaison via email and phone as well as other third parties
• Any other administration duties needed from the associate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA, but will ideally come from a legal background. They work within the Personal Industry sector, so some knowledge of this area would be desirable. You will have experience with extensive diary management as well legal elements such as court documentation, legal CRM systems and audio typing.

This is an amazing experience for a legal PA and will involve career progression as well as extensive training.
