Working as Customer Service Advisor you will support our clients online customers with queries via a variety of channels, ensuring the customer experience is unparalleled whilst striving to exceed customer expectations. You will manage all inbound customer contacts, ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly. Contacts with customers come from phone calls, emails, web forms, live chat, and social channels, so customer service is fast-paced and exciting. About the candidate: Our client are looking for enthusiastic people who are decisive, confident, and can use their initiative to join during this exciting time. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed... * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. * An excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills. * IT literate, with the ability to work across multiple systems at once. * In return, you will get an extensive insight into the world of eCommerce and obtain valuable experience in Customer Service.
