Customer Service Administrator, full time, office based, for company in a rural location near Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex so own transport is essential, £22-25k doe for specialist manufacturer/distributor.
Joining a small friendly technical sales team, the role will involve:
- Assisting our distributors, installers, and members of the public with the specification of our electrical products and providing telephone support on the use and installation of our systems.
- Fast accurate typing skills to respond to enquiring, sending quotes via MS outlook email and processing quotes and updating Excel spreadsheets.
The successful candidate will be numerate, organised, logically minded and methodical, with strong telephone customer service and relationship building skills.
Using Excel and Outlook to prepare quotations and to provide these to our customers they must be able to multitask and demonstrate an ability to work under time pressure. It is essential that the candidate can work well within a team.
Working within our busy department the candidate should be able to identify sales leads and promote the quality of our products where the opportunity arises. Although previous customer service experience would be beneficial, we will also consider applications from graduates without prior experience in this area (specially an Electrical/IT degree or similar equivalent).
The Customer Service Administrator, Hurstpierpoint is a full-time permanent role, office based (not able to offer hybrid working). Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm and there is free onsite parking, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays and company pension. Company also open to candidates that can work every day but on a part time basis.
