Our client an established and friendly company in the Chandlers Ford area are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a local company that has a low staff turnover, excellent company benefits including 30 days holiday +BH and 14% non-contributory pension and that has parking on site. The hours for the role are: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The company are currently working hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 from home - a laptop will be provided.
Role: Receptionist/ Administrator Where: Chandlers Ford Salary: to £22,000pa
Responsibilities will include: - Being the first point of contact for visitors to the office- Answering the telephone and taking of accurate messages- Updating of the company database- Dealing with incoming emails- Secretarial support- Uploading of company job vacancies- Assisting with the administration and organisation of events as required- Logging of service calls- Processing the incoming and outgoing post- Assisting with Archiving and filing- Assisting with sending out mailshot campaigns- Assisting finance with administrative based tasks
You will need:
- To be well presented with excellent communication skills- To have excellent attention to detail - To be organised and efficient- The ability to work as part of a team- A stable career history- A flexible and can do attitude- IT Skills including MS Office
