Utilise your excellent administration skills and good attention to detail in this busy role as a Business / Office Administrator for a leading Finance and Mortgage company in Bournemouth.
The role will provide excellent training and the opportunity to complete further studies paid for by the company for your Career Progression.
The role is to provide support to the Business Assurance department and will see you working as part of a small, friendly team located in Bournemouth City Centre.
Key duties will include :-
Checking cases to ensure that Customers have received the correct information and documentation in line with the FCA and Mortgage Intelligence Holdings requirements
Assessment of Mortgage, Protection and General Insurance cases
Record keeping
Providing feedback to customers and field staff
Reporting results of Assessments and monitoring responses
Analysis of results to identify trends and potential areas of risk
General support within the Business Assurance department
