Property Team Administrator Central London - Hybrid working model21-23k (depending on experience)Our client is looking for a diligent and bright team administrator to join their busy and bubbly property management office in central London. Working two days per week in the office and 3 days from home supporting the team with all administrative tasks; including drafting correspondence and documents, working to deadlines and showing a strong attention to detail. General Responsibilities Act at all times in line with the Company Values, integrating these into all work practicesMaintain accurate computerised and manual recordsProduce accurate information and reports for weekly/ monthly meetingsParticipate in team, departmental and corporate project and planning processes as requiredTo observe the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality and in compliance with Data Protection legislationTo act as an ambassador for the business in your conduct during working hours and in all contact with clients, residents and third parties connected with the businessTo undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested from time to timeThis is not an exhaustive list of the duties that may be required of the post holder.
