We are seeking a highly engaging, driven and competent Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly expanding and successful organisation specialising in identity verification, location intelligence and fraud prevention. This organisation offers high end software and data that help organisations validate and verify the identity and location of their customers. Working closely with the Internal Customer Success Sales Manager, this position is to ensure the generation and significant growth of sales revenue from a portfolio and seeking new business opportunities. The team you will be working in delivers the largest contribution of revenue for the organisation, so we are seeking high achieving, highly motivated individuals to work for the best.

Your role and responsibilities will include;

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for the client base by helping them with business challenges/problems and new requirements
  • Articulate the value and business benefits of the complete range of products and services
  • Lead a portfolio of Europe accounts / opportunities and provide direction and sales engagement support
  • Engage with clients at all levels and be the lead for all client engagements
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure client and sector challenges are built into our product roadmap
  • Work with the Legal department to finalise contracts and participate in customer negotiations
  • Instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
  • Grow the overall revenue and margin for the business

The successful candidate will possess;

  • Experience in a solid sales/account management, revenue generating role
  • Tech or SaaS experience highly advantageous
  • Experience of managing relationships across large corporate organisations to grow revenue streams, with the ability to operate at all levels with a business
  • Success in managing/growing existing client relationships and consistently winning new revenue streams within account base
  • Positivity, drive and hunger to exceed expectations, this will be demonstrated through current levels of over performance
  • Ability to understand and present complex solutions into a simple, value proposition
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge and demonstration of process to understand the clients buying process
  • Can work and contribute as part of a dynamic group that is shaping a division for tomorrow

You will have the flexibility to work remotely, there will be travel to clients expected but you will be your own boss.
