To provide professional event administrative support in order to support the planning, organisation and delivery of a range of on and off campus undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment events.
Support the planning, organisation, delivery and enhancement of a range of Faculty-focused student recruitment events. This includes the University undergraduate and postgraduate Open Days, Visit Days to support conversion activity, ad-hoc and independent visits into and from the site, and other large-scale recruitment events such as events for teachers. Take into account customer needs/demands, previous feedback and available resources to maximise service quality and efficiency. This will include booking venues and speakers, co-ordinating diaries, obtaining quotes, attending relevant meetings, producing minutes and ensuring that relevant electronic booking systems are kept up-to-date and remain fit for purpose.
Support the recruitment, training and co-ordination of student ambassadors according to the needs of each event.
Support the planning, organisation, delivery and enhancement of a range of centrally-delivered student recruitment events, such as Open Days, HE Advisor events, Campus Tours.
Contribute to the design and production or updating of any information/marketing materials deemed necessary to support the events, for example, training materials for student ambassadors, printed invitations and programmes, posters, Walking Tour leaflets etc.
