Tate are proud to be working in partnership with NHS organisations in Exeter to recruit multiple Patient Call Handler roles to support on a temporary basis.

This is role which involves liaising with patients regarding non - clinician calls that have been received.

We are looking for people with a strong customer service background that could be demonstrated across a variety of different careers.

Job Role:

  • Make outbound non-clinician safety calls to members of the public and healthcare professionals relating to mostly non - clinician calls
  • Escalating worsening situations to EMD trained staff for full triage
  • To assist the passing of messages to facilitate ambulance response to the procedural standard set.

Please Note - This role is working on a rota including weekends, night shifts and bank holidays. The shifts are 08:00am - 18:00pm and 16:00pm - 02:00am.

The positions available are full time, temporary roles until April 2022 and you would be required to work in the office
