Tate are working with an organisation based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Advisors to join on a temporary to permanent basis.
You would be based in one of the organisations key service areas and would be handling inbound calls and responding to emails from customers. You would be answering a variety of queries, offering advice and delivery a high quality of customer care to every customer. After each call you would be responsible for updating the database and ensuring all the relevant call details are logged on the system.
The calls can vary from day to day and you can often will be handling sensitive or challenging calls.
