Customer Services AdvisorCardiffFull time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)3 months (extension likely) £10-£12.00 per hourTate are working with a very well respected and long serving client who are an established growing and sustainable energy company looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor in their Portsmouth office.The Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for talking to our customers and guiding them through the process of applying for new sign ups, connections, increased demand, moving of existing equipment along with a variety of other general engineering enquiries. Using the company system, you will process applications making sure all the documents needed have been received so that we are able to prepare an accurate quotation. Due to regulation placed on us it is extremely important that you can produce high quality of work, paying close attention to detail while making sure applications are passed to the quotation stage in a timely manner.The Ideal Candidate:Looking for people who have telephone customer services experience - they will be working a intense-paced team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property. They also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works. Essential skills:· Proven background in customer service. · Must be very well organised with the ability to work to deadlines. · Possess the ability to motivate people and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. · Experience using basic computer packages and telephone experience is essential as this the main job role. · Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems at once.Two weeks training will be provided, in a covid secure environment and then be set up with a buddy - office based.
