Dealer Services Coordinator - Milton Keynes - Up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits!

Due to an internal move, our well-established and reputable client is looking for a Dealer Services Coordinator to join their aftersales team. This is a very busy, varied and fast-paced role.

As Dealer Services Coordinator, you will encourage retention, win back lapsed and attract new Customers to the Aftersales offering through competitive pricing, effective product marketing and strategic e commerce initiatives.

You will provide support to the Dealer Services Manager with all Dealer Network communication, ensuring technical, delivery and training issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, maintaining a professional manner at all times.

As Dealer Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain Dealer contact to ensure constant and current understanding of market conditions and issues faced by the Network.
  • Support the Dealer Services Manager by providing administration for Dealer training on systems and technical issues.
  • Operational administration, processing:
    • return credits and manual invoices
    • issue new Dealer packs/kits
    • process returns
    • General enquiries
  • Process internal and external orders
  • Work closely with the Warehouse, overseeing returns and checking stock as required.
  • Support and promote marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with Operations and Finance departments regarding credit claims and queries.
  • Maintain close liaison with Sales and Marketing, Operations and Technical teams to ensure maintenance of service levels

We're looking for someone with the following experience and key attributes:

  • Some technical experience of products related to the automotive industry
  • A basic understanding of the main components of an engine is useful in order to understand Dealer terminology
  • Experience within a Customer Service role with a clear and confident telephone manner
  • Good numerical and literacy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, notably Excel
  • Experience of a similar role within the Automotive Industry is desirable (ideally parts/garage department/supplier)
  • Analytical in approach and able to solve problems confidently
