This role requires someone with a solid HR background to assist in an advisory capacity for the NHS. With previous experience within all areas of employee relations, contractual queries and project roll out, the successful candidate will be working alongside the existing HR team to deliver advice and assistance to service areas, adhering to the Trusts guidelines. The postholder will be an excellent communicator, have strong IT skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and interpret data and have experience of implementing new HR policies. Based onsite over two Brighton locations.
- Part or Fully CIPD Qualified
- Previous experience in a highly pressured HR department.
- Fully up to date with UK Employment Law
- Excellent IT Skills
