Recruitment Co-Ordinator Welwyn Garden CityTemporary to Permanent Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm£11 per hourOur client based in Welwyn Garden City is looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator, to support the HR team with general HR administration and resource candidates for temporary and permanent job opportunities. Job Specification:· Maintain and update staffing bank with available candidates Support line managers with the recruitment process · Liaise with external recruitment agencies · View all job applications received· Assist with recruitment open days and events Support the HR to implement cost effective recruitment processes · Produce reports using MS Office, word and excel· Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future vacancies. · Maintain the agency provider list for temporary and permanent staffing. · Update the recruitment website, ensuring all jobs are advertised. · Update internal staffing vacancy list.· Provide HR administrative support.· Promote a heightened social media presence for the business.· Play a pivotal role in the implementation of recruitment campaigns, in conjunction with the Marketing team.
