Call HandlerExeterTemporary £10.40 - £17.58 per hourTate are proud to be working in partnership with NHS organisations in Exeter to recruit multiple Call Handler roles during a busy period.This is a newly created role to assist the team in the contact centre and deal with the increased call volumes.We are looking for people with immediate availability and a strong customer service background that could be demonstrated across a variety of different careers, not just Call Centres!Job Role:Make outbound non-clinical safety calls to members of the public and healthcare professionals in line with standard operating procedures for unallocated calls, escalating worsening situations to EMD trained staff for full triage.Please Note - this is a temporary role earning between £10.40 and £17.58 per hour across a variety of shifts including weekends, night shifts, and bank holidays.Main Duties and Responsibilities:* To efficiently make outbound calls to members of the public and healthcare professionals.* Escalate worsening situations to EMD trained staff as per standard procedures.* To deliver excellent levels of customer service at all times.
