A high end/ luxury furniture company based in Chancery Lane is seeking a Customer Service Specialist, paying up to £31,000 plus an excellent benefits package, to join their London team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service to take up a position that is fast paced, varied, but customer centric.
The position will be based 5 days in the office and there will be training from 2 weeks to a month based in Poland when you start - I great way to embed yourself in the company and meet the wider European based team.
The role will be working with the sales team and will mainly focus on the sales of the furniture. Liaising with the customers in regards to delivery and wait times, design specifications, complaints and any problems with the furniture. There will also be a small element of upselling to the customer, such as add- on and specialised design features such as fabrics. One great thing is that bonus will be paid on all of the upselling after the probationary period is over, so a great benefit.
The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background and ideally over the phone or call centre experience. You will always have the customer at heart and enjoy going above and beyond to make sure the customer goes away satisfied. Calm and patient, a lot of the customers come from all over Europe so you will sometimes have to navigate a language barrier. You will be solutions orientated, enjoying seeing problems through to the end. Design/ luxury furniture interest and experience would be a real plus as well as another language spoken - but this is advantageous!
