I'm currently recruiting for a Reporting and Analytics Specialist for a well-established communications agency based in Poole, Dorset. This job primarily involves supporting the PR and media buying departments of this business with data management and creation of reports, so ideally, you'll be something of a spreadsheet guru.
Your day-to-day role will involve you supporting the agency with a variety of administrative tasks including, the upkeep of a contact's sheet held on an external system, maintaining media packs, and ensuring that print and digital magazine information is kept current on the company database. Alongside this you will also be responsible for producing reports in a variety of forms, be it for clients off the back of advertising campaigns or any ad-hoc reports required by the PR team or clients.
As the ideal candidate for this position possess the ability to work independently in a proactive manner to support the agency teams with efficient, have a good attention to details and importantly have an analytical mind. You'll have experience dealing with large spreadsheets and quantities of data and be proficient in all Microsoft office systems particularly Excel and Access, have an exceptional attention to detail and high levels of written and verbal communication.
This company has adopted a Hybrid working environment and the ideal candidate would work 2 or 3 days in the office and the other 2 days at home, after an initial 3 months working in the office whilst you learn the role. If you prefer the office environment and would prefer to work in it full time this is great also.
