This an exciting brand-new permanent opportunity for large prestigious Stevenage based organisation.
Working as part of the busy governance team you will be responsible for managing customer and contractor compliance.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - working hours are flexible but would total 40 hours a week.
There would also be an opportunity for hybrid working and to be based from home 1 to 2 days a week. Although whilst training for the first couple of months you will be office based.
Day to day communication with suppliers and contractors via email & telephone.
Liaising with internal departments on matters relating to compliance
Coordinating data, populating of data onto to spreadsheets and systems and transferring data onto internal systems for sharing and reporting.
Checking management information for errors, preparing documents tracking and monitoring contract dates and coordination signatures through DocuSign
Involvement in occasional project work relating to Governance
Run ad-hoc reports on SAP
Provide ad hoc support to other departments when required
Methodical, organised, and accurate with excellent attention to detail
IT Literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint & knowledge of other database systems
Collaborative team player and also able to work on own initiative, whilst having strong problem solving skills.
Experience in office administration and/or customer service
