Tate are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dorking for a Facilities & Customer Service Manager, the role will include some front of house duties and you will be the 'go between' and key person between the facilities function and the business / client.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • experience within a similar role or a simple love and passion for customer care is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good common sense with a logical approach to undertaking tasks and duties
  • Excellent IT skills and used to working with different systems

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Deal with maintenance issues as and when they arise
  • Being the go-to person for everything that occurs at this location
  • Keeping accurate records on the health of the property and reporting this back to the business
  • Coordinating maintenance on site
  • To be the happy a cheerful person that is always ready to help in all manner of situations
