Project Support Officer - Band 5

Start date: ASAP

End date: 15/04/2022

Hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

This is an initial 6 month temporary contract working for the NHS, to support a large on-going projects throughout the business. In this role you will be working alongside the IT Department, providing project support for one if their largest projects undertaken.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the delivery of the ePR Programme Function
  • Be a central point of contact to provide information regarding the planning and progress of projects
  • Create a regular newsletter to keep internal staff up to date with the progress of the project, and advise of any potential IT issues
  • Governance support

Experience / Qualifications

  • Significant administrative experience including initiating and maintaining office systems
  • Experience undertaking and coordinating audits of compliance with processes and procedures
  • Excellent IT Skills - Advanced knowledge in all MS Packages
  • Proven experience producing analytical reports using quantitative and qualitative data analysis
