Tate are working with Bristol City Council in their search for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join on a part time basis.
You would be based in either their Housing or Streets and Protection Team and would be the first point of contact for all inbound calls. You would be answering queries, handling complaints, and providing advice.
You would work part time hours on Monday's, Thursday's and Friday's so you need to be available on these days. The working hours are between 08:30am - 6pm and will initially be a 3-month period and then you'll move onto a permanent contract. The hourly rate is a competitive £11.73 per hour.
