Role: Part-time Personal Assistant/Office Manager

Location: Brentwood (can be worked flexibly from home and office)

Hours: Circa 25 Hours a week

Salary: Between 23K - 30K dependant on experience

Due to continued growth and success, I am recruiting for a new Personal Assistant/Office manager for my client who are a consultancy business based in Brentwood. This is a new position in the business that presents a real opportunity for you to help shape the role and really make your mark!

Supporting the directors and wider team, you will provide invaluable office management and personal assistance/administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills and some previous relevant experience in a Personal Assistant/ Team Assistant or Office Management role.

My client is happy to negotiate working hours and homeworking/office working making this a particularly great role, if you are seeking flexibility.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Diary Management for the directors
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls
  • Preparation of agendas and taking minutes
  • Supporting with invoicing, expenses
  • Formatting of documents and preparation of documents
  • Supporting with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
  • Supporting with business development and social events of various scales including, venue options, reservations, diary invites and management of guestlists
  • Manning office phone line and screening of incoming calls
  • Supporting MD's with management of Annual leave and sick leave, recruitment, new starters and leavers
  • Liaising with external companies and suppliers e.g printing, couriers website designers
  • Ordering officer suppliers and IT equipment
  • Managing the e-filling system
  • Helping to ensure Health and Safety is maintained on a day-to-day basis (training provided)
