We have a excellent new permanent opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Executive to work for a leading manufacturing organisation based in Letchworth
To join the European Business Development Team you must be fluent in English and French.
This is an office-based position and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

First point of contact for our French and English-speaking European customers delivering a high level of customer experience to maintain current business and gain new business, develop opportunities, and support the growth of the business
Corresponding with our clients by email and phone
Logging all enquiries and liaising with internal teams
Processing customer orders and liaising with our warehouse and couriers
Working closely with our international offices and factories to meet customer needs
Maintaining and developing strong relationships with our customers
Fluency in French and English
Customer Service or business administration experience
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
Experience using Microsoft office especially Word and Excel
