Customer Service Representative - Temporary for 3 months to 6 months to start in November 2021 - based Hitchin
This well-established Hitchin based organisation are looking for team orientated, self-motivated individuals to join their busy customer service department on a a temporary contact.
Taking calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have and giving out relevant information when appropriate. Their duties include handling inbound from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems and when necessary Identify and escalating issues to your line manager.
Office based - Super friendly working environment
35 hour week - working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Taking customer calls and dealing with enquiries
Checking data, post and incoming emails
Logging information on the in-house database
General administration tasks
Call or Contact centre experience
Fast, accurate keyboard skills
Good eye for detail
Positive & helpful personality
Good communicator & team player
