This position is for a Customer Account Representative on a full time, office based

As well as a competitive annual salary of up to £22,500, the business offers a very friendly and team oriented working environment.

Working out of their offices in Leeds, with free parking available on site.

Key tasks:

Main point of contact for customers to include new and existing, ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing pro-active communication in a friendly and professional environment; establishing rapport, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

Process all new customer accounts, engaging with internal teams such as finance and sales to ensure all customer information is correct.

Proactively manage own work load, working towards any targets given and share responsibility for all office and administration duties.

Accurately communicate price quotations, product availability, product information and delivery schedules in a timely manner.

Support with processing customer orders using SAP, recording customer conversations and order progress and actively update the CRM and SAP systems with customer specific information.

Close liaison with other departments to ensure customer specific requirements are met and provide regular updates to the CS and Sales teams regarding key account information.

Attend customer meetings either onsite or at customer premises supported by Sales Representative and/or Customer Experience Manager.

Ensure any requested customer delivery changes are communicated to the Production Planning team and Sales Representative as well as being responsible for updating the order in SAP.

Proactively manage own work load, working towards any targets given and share responsibility for all office and administration duties.

You must posses strong communication skills in order to develop and build business relationships with very customer. Attention to detail is key ensuring high accuracy whilst working is a busy environment.

You must be able to pick up technical knowledge to understand the range of services available. Excellent IT skills are required including Microsoft Office, SAP would be useful.
