We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to work in a busy HR Department within a prestigious Hitchin based organisation.
This is a full time position for approx. 2 months - working hours Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00om.
To start in mid October 2021.
Maintain employee records
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employee's requests and provide relevant information - checking driving licences etc
Assisting with the coordination HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Send out information to for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
General ad hoc administrative duties
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Team player - good communicator
Friendly working environment
