Our Client, an international climate consultancy and project developer, helping businesses and organisations succeed in their climate ambitions are expanding their HR team to include an internal Recruitment Advisor, who will source, evaluate and interview candidates for the UK and US teams.With a significant increase in sustainability commitments across the corporate landscape, the company are scaling up their teams globally to meet the demand for their services.They offer a great opportunity for personal development and career advancement. The role: As the main point of contact for prospective candidates the Recruitment Advisor must be an ambassador for the company ensuring high levels of candidate engagement and satisfaction throughout the process and striving to improve the experience wherever possible.This role will be suitable for someone with an in-house recruitment background or for someone from an agency who is looking for in-house role. With a significant recruitment drive underway, the Recruiter must have experience in recruiting at high volume and recruiting for and managing various roles at different stages of the recruitment process.· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage a highvolume of multiple roles that may be at different stages in the recruiting process· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak to and form relationshipswith candidates of all levels, from graduate to board level, and staff across thebusiness including Directors, CEOs and international teams· In depth knowledge of candidate sourcing best practices, with the ability to usevarious platforms to advertise and source. Must be familiar with all aspects ofLinkedIn Recruiter.· Comfortable with working during a period of organisational change. Experience ofimplementing new processes/process improvements and new systems such as anew ATS would be beneficial· Excellent written English skills to create and maintain job descriptions and adverts· Commercially aware and experience of dealing with both SMEs and corporateorganisations· Strong IT skills· Able to thoroughly evaluate and understand hiring needs so the best candidatesare presented to HR and hiring managers· Able to evaluate candidate technical competency for certain roles· A desire to keep up to date with the latest recruiting resources and promotecontinual improvement of the recruiting process· Commitment to supporting the growth of the team in a forward thinking anddynamic business. Essential background characteristics include:
· Already have a successful track record in a similar role or have demonstrated outstanding success in a related role· Very high standards of written and verbal communication· A thorough understanding and experience of the full-cycle recruitment process, from inception of the role to the offer stage· Experienced in interviewing via various mediums (telephone, online video, in-person, etc.)· Experience in graduate recruitment preferred, particularly running graduate assessment days· Experience of recruiting for international roles and working across different time zones· Degree educated - BSc preferred, or solid experience within a science/environmental/sustainability recruitment role. Someone who can understand and get to grips with technical terminology· Experienced with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
