Customer Service / Contact Centre - Housing Association - North London - £10 - £12 - Temp Ongoing
Tate are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Representatives to join our client, one of the UK's top housing associations based in Colindale, North London, on a temporary on-going basis.
We have varying positions available, but all are typically customer communication positions
These roles are hybrid working - operating 2-3 days a week in the offices
This is a Customer Service position with multiple duties required, you will be provided with training, but you must be a confident customer advisor and be able to take direction well
Experience in a contact centre is essential to your application
Experience in Housing sector is beneficial to your application
The ideal person will have the following:
- Experience dealing with customers in both written and verbal format
- Experience using Microsoft packages
- The ability to pick up internal systems
- Comfortable in a busy environment
- Confident with speaking to both customers and colleagues over the phone.
This role requires a high level of attention for detail and the ability to manage an extremely busy, ever changing workload.
