Job Title: Claims Team Manager Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Watford Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday An exciting, new opportunity has become available within a well-established Claims organisation in Watford. You will be managing a small team of 4 claims handlers and ensure the smooth running of the department as well as being a point of escalation for claims and any complaints. If you're an experienced Customer Service Manager looking for a change, or a Team Leader/Supervisor looking for the next step in your career, this could be the perfect role for you... The Role: · Be a central point of contact for the claims team · Manage the claims team to ensure the smooth running of all clams · Liaise with clients, policy holders and other parties as is necessary · Act as a point of escalation for claims and complaints · Produce a range of management information for the management team to assess team progress Skills/Experience Required: · This role would suit an experienced Customer Service Manager or a Team Leader/Supervisor looking for the next step in their career · Experience within Claims would be ideal, but not essential · Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and management skills · Good IT skills and ability to manage data · Experience within a high-volume, fast=paced environment · Due to the company location, you must be a driver to access the premises
