Customer Support Associate Eastleigh £24k
We are looking for two Customer Support Associates on a permanent basis to join our client in Eastleigh. You will become an integral member of the busy team that manages all the customer queries, orders and enquiries and maintains relationships with customers and other stakeholders. This is a busy role working with a supportive and lively team, where attention to detail is very important.
The Role: Act as first point of contact for all inbound centre enquiries, emails, and calls
Where appropriate, resolve enquiries at first point of contact
Where appropriate, signpost enquiries to the relevant department
Maintain a specialist knowledge base of qualifications, processes, and systems
Coach customers in the use of relevant systems
Track enquiries to spot areas for improvement
Complete and dispatch product orders
Where appropriate, inform customers of products and services available to them
When required, support other tasks as directed
You will be incredibly organised and have Administration experience
Able to work autonomously, using initiative and with minimal supervision
Excellent Customer Service communication skills, verbally and written
Proficient in MS office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and anomalies
Willingness to undertake training and development activities
Ability to absorb and retain essential information
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy Customer Service environment
