Team Administrator - 12 month FTCWelwyn Garden CityMonday-Friday 8.30am-5pm (4pm finish Friday)Up to £25,000You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a passion for customer service and commitment to your work and in return you will receive a competitive salary and 25 days holiday. Main tasks:Managing inbound telephone enquiries Raising customer invoices and PO numbersProcessing delivery notes and raising customer orders Processing customer credit card paymentsPreparing items for post, courier or shippingSetting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and lunchAttending meetings, taking and preparing minutesChasing overdue payments if needed (supporting Accounts)Working closely with the service manager and answering queries in the service inbox Entering customers details on the CRM systemMaintaining stock level and ordering stock accordingly and supporting with quarterly stock takeAssisting Service Manager with booking of service visit and ensuring the correct products are ready and sent the clientLiaising with service engineer for service visits General office related administration tasks
