Job Title: Account Manager Salary: £22,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Hemel Hempstead (office-based) Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday) + 1 in 3 weekends on-call cover (time off in lieu) An excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager looking for the next step in their career! You will be responsible for managing key client accounts as well as deputising for the Customer Service Manager and supporting with leading the team to success. The Role: · Build strong relationships with customers through understanding their needs and future requirements · Handle phone queries for information, quotes and updates from customers · Deliver quality customer service, ensuring customer retention · Ensure account administrators meet KPIs · Support less experienced staff with training and workload · Monitor performance of less experience staff and contribute to annual, probationary and performance reviews · Attend customer review meetings for feedback, identifying additional services and updates · Account management of key customers · Assist with audits · Deputise for the Customer Service Manager when required · Provide weekly reports on your customers Skills/Experience Required: · Experience within a similar Account Management/Customer Service role · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment · Ability to train and mentor less experienced staff · Great attention to detail · IT literate (Office 365, Word, Excel, in-house systems) · Excellent communication skills via phone, e-mail and face to face
