The Role: · Support new and existing customers with a range of enquires · Maintain shipping documentation and records · Ensure all inbound calls and e-mails are answered promptly and effectively · Process customer orders · Identify and support sales opportunities by providing product information · Ensure sales leads are passed on to the appropriate contacts
Skills/Experience Required: · Excellent and demonstrable skills within customer service is essential · Prior experience within export/freight forwarding is ideal, but not essential · Excellent organisation and prioritisation · Great attention to detail · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
