Tate are currently working in partnership with well-known client based in Reading - a company that specialises in the provision of business process services for the Life and Pensions Industry.
We are looking to recruit individuals who are ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding temporary assignment within their Customer Services Team based in central Reading. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from existing customers and will be tasked with answering queries and resolving complaints.
This fantastic opportunity is offering a competitive £11.50 - £12.00 per hour dependant on experience. We are looking for individuals who are available to start on Monday 4th October.
You will join the team on a full-time basis, working Monday - Friday working shifts between 8am - 6pm. This is a temporary assignment until January 2022. You will accrue holiday as you work and have access to a range of great benefits that Tate provide.
