Are you looking for a Customer Service Role working within a fast paced environment, we are seeking two individuals who can provide a professional and friendly service to a small number of key accounts. This is a temporary role for 3 months but for the right candidate will possibly lead to a permanent position.
This position will service various accounts where you will support as required depending on the varying demands each day. Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, Sat 08:00-13:00 and may involve working bank holidays. The salary will be dependent upon experience.
Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role is to provide day to day support via telephone and email where you will be assisting in the reservation process, supporting in life rental queries and resolving issues that arise.
Key Personal Activities:· Processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare· Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers· Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry· Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues· Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels· Management of required daily, weekly and monthly reports· Complete customer satisfaction callbacks following vehicle delivery
Key skills / attributes required:· Excellent verbal and written communication· Excellent telephone manner· General computer literacy - Microsoft Office· Customer Service / Administration background is desirable, but not essential· Ability to perform under pressure· Customer orientated
