Our client is seeking a number of candidates who strive to provide the best levels of customer service in their industry. In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer enquiries regarding a host of different subjects. To be successful in this role you will need: Excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional telephone manner, a helpful and resilient nature, strong database skills, and the ability to take ownership of seeing enquiries through to resolution stage.
Ideal candidates would have previous telephone based customer service experience, gained from a contact centre environment or similar.
This exciting opportunity is starting off on a fixed term contract for 3 months, and candidates who prove to be reliable and hardworking will then be rewarded with a permanent contract.
