We have the pleasure in recruiting for a newly created role of Internal Recruiter. This is an extremely exciting and exceptional opportunity to join one of the most sensational companies based in Nottingham city centre, with their Head Office based in London. Due to growth, the team in Nottingham will be tripling in size 2022 and they need a super organised recruiter to help with their forever increasing business plans.
You may have a background in agency or internal but we are looking for a someone with a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience. This really is an extraordinary role as the organisation truly does invest in their employees and it maybe a role that could move into HR or even be a head of recruitment and build your very own team in the future.
Some of the day-to-day areas that you will be involved in are:
- Hiring pipeline
- Candidate journey
- Process improvement
- Employer branding
- Supporting company growth
Experience and qualifications required:
- Min 6 months recruitment co-ordinating/resourcing experience
- Educated at degree level with min 2.1
- Natural people person
- Emotionally intelligent
- Able to recognise talent
