Sales Administrator for a really friendly but very busy and vibrant team. This role is working from the company offices Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility. Working 37.5 hours a week
Duties of the Role
· Respond to booking enquiries via phone/email/web forms. · Provide excellent customer service · Respond to web, email and phone enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner· Provide customer quotes· Negotiate assessor and client availability· Organise fire risk assessment bookings· Deal with any after sales processes, including proof-reading reports· Accurate record keeping· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction· Clear written and verbal communication
You must have worked in a really busy customer service environment and demonstrate attention to detail. You must have the ability to write reports. Multitasking is a must!
