Shipping & Export AdministratorPotters BarTemporary role to start asap until March 2022Up to £14.00 per hourThe shipping and Export Administrator will support with international shipping activity by working as part of a busy shipping team dealing with packing of order and responding to customer emails Key duties include:Liaising with external and internal customers by telephone and emailResponding to shipping queries or issues, investigating and resolving any problems Arranging shipping documentation and courier bookings Picking and packaging of ordersThis role is expected to be largely clerical and customer service based, but will also require occasional physical activity such as picking items from cold rooms and packing products into boxes in order to support team workloads.Skills & Experience:Able to work in a busy fast paced environmentGood administrative skillsFlexible and able to switch between tasks during the dayMethodical and high attention to detailQuick learner with a proactive attitudeGood communication skills both written and oralPhysically fit, able to carry out manual handling work, brief periods in walk-in freezer roomExperience with import/export shipping or business-to-business customer service advantageousAbility to learn new terminology and processes quickly
